Jambalaya is a Louisiana-born dish that has its origins in West and Central African cuisine, and as such is based on the ‘trinity’ of onion, bell pepper and celery. Usually made with meat and seafood, this  vegetarian version is based on the Creole style jambalaya and packs all the flavours of Deep South cooking.

Children’s meal kits serve 3-5 small tummies and are only available as an add-on to an adult meal kit.
